Swing Master – USJ-201 (Medical Use Version)
The Swing Master USJ-201 is a passive motion therapeutic device designed to assist in the management of chronic musculoskeletal symptoms under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider. It features a durable 15-watt motor and padded vinyl ankle cradles to maintain stable positioning during therapy sessions. A remote control allows for speed adjustments without altering body position, and the unit includes variable speed settings and an automatic 15-minute shut-off timer for safety and dosage control.
This device provides controlled passive lateral oscillation of the lower extremities, a modality sometimes incorporated by clinicians into care plans for patients who require:
Improved lower-limb circulation due to limited mobility
Reduction of muscle stiffness and lower-back tension
Non-weight-bearing mobilization of the lumbar and pelvic regions
Support in managing chronic neuromuscular discomfort, including conditions such as Fibromyalgia, peripheral muscle hypersensitivity, or chronic low-back symptoms
Adjunctive therapy when active exercise is not tolerated
Passive motion therapy is commonly used in non-pharmacological management plans to help maintain joint mobility, promote blood flow, and reduce symptom severity in individuals who experience mobility limitations or chronic musculoskeletal pain disorders.
How Passive Motion Supports Key Physiological Functions
Sedentary lifestyles, long commuting hours, aging, and limited mobility can contribute to reduced circulation, fluid retention, stiffness, and lower-extremity discomfort. These factors are widely recognized as contributors to:
• Dependent edema (fluid buildup in the legs)
• Poor venous return
• Reduced lymphatic flow
• Joint and muscle stiffness from immobility
• Discomfort from prolonged sitting
Passive motion devices gently support these functions by providing consistent rhythmic movement without requiring active muscle engagement.
Common Use Cases for Passive Motion Devices
These devices are often incorporated into daily routines for individuals experiencing:
• Limited mobility or reduced ability to exercise
• Lower-extremity circulation challenges
• Lymphatic flow and fluid movement needs
• Mild swelling or fluid retention
• Discomfort from long periods of sitting, driving, or desk work
Why Passive Motion Is Recognized for Health Support
Rhythmic passive movement is commonly used to:
• Encourage venous return
• Promote lymphatic flow
• Reduce stiffness from inactivity
• Support lower-body comfort and mobility
• Help muscles relax after prolonged sitting
Note: These devices do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. They provide supportive motion for mobility and circulation wellness.

ENCOURAGES LYMPHATIC FLOW
Chi swing machines stimulate the lymphatic system, which is responsible for clearing excess fluids from the body. Research has shown that chi swing devices are an effective at-home adjunct therapy for patients who have experienced a decline in their lymphatic system (lymphoedema). This condition can develop alongside of other health problems and causes a buildup in fluids, usually to the legs and feet.

Verified PurchaseMy mother has the original Sun Ancon chi machine and I loved it, so I ordered this. Just below the highest setting (about a quarter inch turn) you find the setting most like that machine. This one works great and for the price it can't be beat. For the people complaining about discomfort on the ankles, I would say it's more comfy than the other brand, too. The key is to have the machine turned around the right way: the logo on the base should not be facing you! The swing master doesn't come with directions, but since I was familiar with the other brand I figured it out and then it felt sooo much better. These machines make a huge difference for my swelling feet, lazy lymphatics and tired legs, and they realigned my tailbone and hips with twice daily use for two weeks, getting rid of some truly stubborn issues months after a car accident and some falls that even my stellar chiropractor couldn't fix!

Verified PurchaseI used my Chi machine for the first time today, and it was so relaxing. I adapted it to my needs (I'm 85 yo). I used it on my bed on top of a firm plastic mat. I put the machine on a cutting board to keep it cool and stable. I turned the name plate away from me and used a soft pillow to support my ankles. I told my daughter what I was doing, so she kept an eye on things. It was heavenly! Had I known it stopped automatically, I would have dozed off. I prefer low speed, at least for now.
