For a simpler, gentler whole-body vibration experience, the Vita Trainer delivers a total-body workout without overwhelming those new or sensitive to vibration therapy.  The platform tilts up and down on both sides as it vibrates.  Features include adjustable vibration times and speeds, plus three automatic programs that vary these options for you.  Optional resistance bands are provided to add an upper-body workout during vibration. Supports users up to 265 lbs. in body weight.
