Cancellation/Order Modification Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up after you placed an order, or you simply just changed your mind. No worries, as we offer a 2-hour window to make any modifications to your original order.
Below are our Cancellation and Order Modification guidelines.
- No orders can be cancelled once they are placed.
- We do advise to return items through our return process. Please contact us at email@example.com.
- 2-hour window from time of purchase.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the order was placed prior to 12 noon, PST, and has already been processed for shipment, we cannot guarantee the changes can be made to the order.
- Be aware that if the order is able to be modified this may cause a delay in the processing and shipment of your order, but we will try get the order out as soon as we have made any changes you requested.
- If an order has already been shipped, we can recall the item. The customer will be responsible for any charges that are added for the return of the item. We will however ship the modified order as soon as possible according to the original shipping method selected, at no extra charge to you.
- Please be advised orders placed Friday after 5pm (PST) through Monday 6:30am (PST), can not be cancelled or modified.
